With Frankli's Slack integration, you can Give Praise to team members without ever leaving Slack. And when you Give Praise in Frankli, the praise will automatically be sent to your team's preferred Slack channel for Praise.
That way, you can celebrate wins, big and small, with the whole team in Slack, and the praise will be automatically logged in Frankli, ready to be referenced during 1:1 Meetings and reviews.
Note: When setting up your company's Slack integration, your Frankli Admin will choose a channel as the destination for all of the company's Praise in Slack. Only Frankli Admins are able to do this.

There are two commands you can use to Give Praise in Slack - the slash command and global shortcut. The slash command is the quickest way to Give Praise in Slack, as you type the Praise straight into the message box. The global shortcut takes a little bit more time, but it gives you the option of aligning your Praise with company values. Both methods allow you to Give Praise to multiple people at once.
