As an Admin in Frankli you will have access to the following functionality located under the sidebar menu entitled 'Admin'.

  1. Set up new People and invite them to Frankli immediately or later

  2. Administrate existing people with the ability to update, revoke and archive peoples access 

  3. Update a persons department, manager, office location and access level.

  4. Delete, edit and change company departments

  5. Delete, edit and change company office locations

  6. Have access to a company view of all users within your organisation

  7. Administrate goal tags, descriptions, goal templates and goal permissions

  8. Manage all roles and grades/levels in your company

  9. Manage your companies competencies 

  10. Manage where unprompted feedback you have received and make changes as to where it goes.

  11. Configure & set live Performance review cycles

  12. Add/Edit talking points for 1:1's

  13. Review analytics for Goals, Surveys, One to Ones & Review Cycles.

  14. Manager Integrations

  15. Toggle on and off access to features and functionality within Frankli
