Administrate existing people with the ability to update, revoke and archive peoples access

Delete, edit and change company departments
Delete, edit and change company office locations
Have access to a company view of all users within your organisation
Administrate goal tags, descriptions, goal templates and goal permissions
Manage all roles and grades/levels in your company
Manage your companies competencies
Manage where unprompted feedback you have received and make changes as to where it goes.
Configure & set live Performance review cycles
Add/Edit talking points for 1:1's
