Helpful tips on communicating the launch of Frankli across your teams.

We want to make the process of introducing Frankli to your teams as smooth as possible, so we've created a useful email template to help with your rollout.

Frankli is an intuitive platform that people at all levels of the organisation love to use. It provides individuals with terrific opportunities to improve their performance and grow their careers, and allows managers and leaders to have a major impact on their team's ability to reach goals.

There are three things you need to outline in the communications to your team;

1. What you're doing

3. Your expectations for the team

Today, we're excited to announce the launch of Frankli, our new people-centred performance management and engagement platform.

Frankli helps us work better together by connecting us on one platform. There, we can set clear goals as individuals, teams and as a company that all align. We can give ongoing feedback, which allows you to praise your peers, celebrate wins together or ask for and provide constructive feedback. There are also manager tools like 1:1s, which will help facilitate regular conversations between employees and managers, among many other useful features supporting you in your work.

We will also start running our review cycles through Frankli, with our goal-setting and review cycle check-ins against progress now taking place quarterly. This ensures everyone’s goals stay on track and your progress is accurately reflected. Most importantly, it’s to ensure we're supporting you throughout the year and that we can respond to development and training needs sooner.

Here are the next steps of this process:

  • You'll receive an invitation email from Frankli shortly. Please ensure you register your new account and set up your personal profile by [X date].

  • Managers; please schedule 1:1 meetings with you people to discuss and agree on goals by [X date].

  • Employees; your manager schedule a 1:1 meeting with you to discuss and agree on goals by [X date].

  • The Frankli team hold regular Open Training Sessions to help users at all levels learn more about the platform. You can find out more about them here.

  • (Managers) Please schedule your 1:1 meetings through Frankli by [X].
