Supported Ticketing Systems

Frankli supports integration with various ticketing systems, including but not limited to:

  • Zendesk

  • Freshdesk

  • Jira Service Management

  • ServiceNow

  • HubSpot Service Hub

Integration Setup Steps

1. Access Integrations in Frankli

  • Navigate to the Admin Dashboard.

  • Select 'Integrations'.

  • Choose 'Ticketing Integrations'.

2. Select Your Ticketing System

  • Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find your ticketing provider.

  • Click on the appropriate ticketing system icon.

3. Obtain and Enter API Credentials

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to retrieve your ticketing system's API credentials (e.g., API key, Client ID, Client Secret).

  • Enter the required credentials in the provided fields.

4. Authorize Frankli Access

  • You may be redirected to your ticketing system’s authorization page.

  • Grant Frankli the necessary permissions to access ticketing data.

5. Configure Data Synchronization

  • Choose which ticket data you want to sync with Frankli, such as:

    • Ticket statuses (Open, In Progress, Resolved, Closed)

    • Assigned agents or teams

    • Priority levels

    • Custom fields

6. Finalize Integration

  • Click ‘Continue’ to proceed.

  • Upon successful connection, a ‘Connected’ message will appear.

  • Click ‘Finish’ to complete the setup.

7. Viewing Tickets in Frankli

  • Once the integration is complete, ticketing data will be accessible in the sidebar view of 1:1 meetings & review cycles.

Troubleshooting & Support

If you encounter issues while setting up the integration, check:

  • Your API key and credentials are correct.

  • The ticketing system allows third-party integrations.

  • The appropriate permissions have been granted.
