Introduction
Frankli supports integration with a variety of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), allowing seamless synchronization of user data. This integration ensures that any changes made in your HRIS are automatically reflected in Frankli, streamlining user management. Please note that only one HRIS can be integrated at a time.
Data Synchronized with Frankli
The following user attributes are synchronized:
First Name (required)
Last Name (required)
Email Address (required)
Manager
Start Date
Department
Position
Office Location
Leaving Date
Please make sure that all required fields are filled in your HRIS to facilitate successful synchronization. If certain fields like Department, Position, or Office Location do not exist in Frankli, they will be created during the sync.
Integration Setup Steps
Access Integrations in Frankli
Navigate to the Admin Dashboard.
Select 'Integrations'.
Choose 'HRIS Integrations'.
For PeopleHR, Sage HR, Trinet & AzureAD integration please contact a member of the team via the Chat option in the bottom right-hand corner of your Frankli account.
Select Your HRIS
Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find your HRIS provider.
Click on the appropriate HRIS icon.
Once you have found the HRIS you wish to connect to, simply click on the icon.
3. Obtain and Enter API Key
Follow the on-screen instructions to retrieve your HRIS API key.
Enter the API key in the provided field.
4. Review Data Access
A list of data to be accessed will be displayed.
Note that while certain information like Time Off or Bank Information may be available, Frankli does not collect this data.
Select "skip for later" the data not synced isn't required & therefore you do not need to "retry access". On the next screen click "continue.
5. Finalize Integration
Click 'Continue' to proceed.
Upon successful connection, a 'Connected' message will appear.
Click 'Finish' to complete the setup.
6. Synchronization Process
The initial sync may take several minutes to an hour.
You will receive a notification once synchronization is complete.
Your users will appear in the 'Provisioned Users' table.
Please note that synchronization frequency depends on the HRIS provider, ranging from hourly to every 24 hours. The person who set up the integration will receive email notifications for any changes resulting from a sync.
