Integrating Your CRM System with Frankli

Integrating your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with Frankli enables a unified platform for managing customer interactions and employee performance. This integration facilitates seamless data flow between the two systems, enhancing productivity and data accuracy.​

Supported CRM Systems

Frankli supports integration with various CRM systems, including but not limited to:​

  • Salesforce​

  • HubSpot​

  • Zoho CRM​

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365​

Integration Setup Steps

  1. Access Integrations in Frankli

    • Navigate to the Admin Dashboard.​

    • Select 'Integrations'.​

    • Choose 'CRM Integrations'.​

  2. Select Your CRM

    • Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find your CRM provider.​

    • Click on the appropriate CRM icon.​

  3. Obtain and Enter API Credentials

    • Follow the on-screen instructions to retrieve your CRM API credentials (e.g., API key, Client ID, Client Secret, Email address).​

    • Enter the required credentials in the provided fields.​

    Find your integration here and follow the steps described to provide permissions.

  4. Authorize Frankli Access

    • You may be redirected to your CRM's authorization page.​

    • Grant Frankli the necessary permissions to access your CRM data.​

  5. Finalize Integration

    • Upon successful connection, a 'Connected' message will appear.​

    • Click 'Finish' to complete the setup.​

    • The list on connected apps will show here as per below

  6. Viewing Tickets in Frankli

    • Once the integration is complete, ticketing data will be accessible in the sidebar view of 1:1 meetings & review cycles.

    Troubleshooting & Support

    If you encounter issues while setting up the integration, check:

    • Your API key and credentials are correct.

    • The ticketing system allows third-party integrations.

    • The appropriate permissions have been granted.
