Integrating your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with Frankli enables a unified platform for managing customer interactions and employee performance. This integration facilitates seamless data flow between the two systems, enhancing productivity and data accuracy.

Integration Setup Steps
Access Integrations in Frankli
Navigate to the Admin Dashboard.
Select 'Integrations'.
Choose 'CRM Integrations'.
Select Your CRM
Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find your CRM provider.
Click on the appropriate CRM icon.
Obtain and Enter API Credentials
Follow the on-screen instructions to retrieve your CRM API credentials (e.g., API key, Client ID, Client Secret, Email address).
Enter the required credentials in the provided fields.
Find your integration here and follow the steps described to provide permissions.
Authorize Frankli Access
You may be redirected to your CRM's authorization page.
Grant Frankli the necessary permissions to access your CRM data.
Finalize Integration
Upon successful connection, a 'Connected' message will appear.
Click 'Finish' to complete the setup.

Viewing Tickets in Frankli
Once the integration is complete, ticketing data will be accessible in the sidebar view of 1:1 meetings & review cycles.
Troubleshooting & Support
If you encounter issues while setting up the integration, check:
Your API key and credentials are correct.
The ticketing system allows third-party integrations.
The appropriate permissions have been granted.
