Frequently Asked Questions

Why use sentiment scales in 1:1 meetings?

Sentiment scales provide a structured way to gauge performance in role and growth, facilitating open and honest conversations between managers and employees.

Can I customise the sentiment scale descriptions?

Yes, you can tailor the descriptions to fit the specific needs and language of your organisation, this can be done with anyone with admin access.

How often should sentiment scales be updated?

We recommend reviewing your sentiment scales every 6 months to ensure they remain relevant and useful. Ideally, the scale should remain consistent to maintain continuity for all parties involved, rather than changing scales frequently.
