When your users are managed by a HRIS integration, for example an Active Directory integration, it's not possible to change all of their details in the edit form within Frankli.

This is because some details are managed by the HRIS itself.

If you wish to change any of the restricted fields, you must do so through the HRIS, not Frankli.
