Recurring Talking Points

You can define a number of talking points to bring structure and consistency to your 1:1 Meetings. You can choose a list of Frankli talking point templates selected by your admin, or add your own. More details on this here

Editing Talking Points

To edit a talking point, select the Edit icon next to the desired talking point and press enter to save your changes.

This can be done on the main page of 1:1's

Or in the meeting

To update the recurring talking points select "Choose Template" and select the template you wish to use or create your own custom talking points.

You can change the order of the recurring talking points by hovering your mouse over the participant's image on the left-hand side to reveal an ellipsis icon. Using this, you can drag the talking points to your desired location.
