In Frankli, we provide Talking Point templates based on industry research and our own collective experiences, to help you bring structure to your one-to-one meetings.

Admins can add, edit and remove the Talking Point templates within their own company.

How to View Talking Point Templates

1. Navigate to the Admin dashboard using the menu on the left-hand side.

2. Select 1:1s.

3. Select Manage Templates.

4. Here, you will see a list of Talking Point templates.

5. You can use the Arrow on the left-hand side to view more information on individual templates. Each template has permissions associated with it. Only certain users can use certain templates.

How to Create a New Template

1. Navigate to the Admin dashboard using the menu on the left-hand side.

2. Select 1:1s.

3. Select Manage Templates.

4. Select Create in the top-right corner.

5. You will be prompted to fill out a form with information relating to your Talking Point template.

Let's go through the process:

Name

Choose a suitable name for your template that makes it easily identifiable.

Description

You can write a short description of the template that outlines what it will be used for. This is optional.

Default Template

Decide whether this should be the default template. The default template is automatically selected for everyone during one-to-one creation.

Access

You can decide who can use your template using the access settings. For example, if you have checked the Admins box only, only those with Admin access will have the option to use this template.

Note: You cannot change the access on the default template as it must be visible to everyone.

Talking Points

Define a list of Talking Points to be included with this template. You can edit or delete these Talking Points at any stage. You can change the order of this list by selecting and dragging the icon with the Three Vertical Dots. This is located to the left of the Talking Points.

6. When you're happy with the information you've added, select Create.
