Here, we'll learn how to connect Frankli to your Microsoft Teams account. Once you've done this, you can receive notifications via MS Teams, disable emails, and launch calls directly via 1:1 meetings.

First, search for the Frankli app in Microsoft Teams. Click on the app to start the setup process. If this is unsuccessful, you'll need to contact your IT Administrator, who can enable you to add the Frankli App.

Before you start, you must have Microsoft SSO enabled for your company to log in and connect your Frankli account. From there, you can simply select Open as seen in the screenshot below.

Use the Login command to log in and connect your Frankli account. This command will authenticate you and link your Teams account to your Frankli account using your email.

If successful, you'll receive the following notification in MS Teams. To receive notifications from Frankli via Microsoft Teams select Yes.

You can then select View Settings in Frankli.

This will bring you to your notification settings. Here you can see that Notifications via Teams is toggled on. If you wish, you can turn off Notifications via email using the toggle.

Please note, some important emails will still be sent. But the majority of emails in relation to 1:1 meetings, Goals, etc. will be disabled and sent via Teams instead

You can log out of the Frankli Teams app at any point using the Logout command. Logging out means you will no longer receive Frankli notifications through Teams, until you log back in again.
