Analytics can be accessed from the administrator's control panel.

Click on "One to Ones" to open the target analytics.

Filters

In order to start generating or to view reports you must select "Apply Filters" on the right-hand side of the report. For example, to see the overall Company stats click "Apply Filters" or you can drill down by using the various filter options across the top of the report & again click "Apply Filters".

Charts

Total Meetings

This chart shows how many 1:1s have been scheduled/completed/auto-completed in each month of the year.

Schedule Frequencies

This chart shows a breakdown of the most common meeting frequencies used in 1:1s.

Meeting Durations

This chart shows a breakdown of the most common meeting durations used in 1:1s.

Talking Points

This chart shows how many talking points have been created, actioned and un-actioned for the applied filters. The percentage represents how many have been completed and how many have been created.

Action Points

This chart shows how many action points have been created, actioned and un-actioned for the applied filters. The percentage represents how many have been completed out of how many have been created.

Other stats

These are some additional stats about your people's 1:1s.

Exporting

The page can be exported using the icons in the top right. The CSV icon will generate a CSV report from all 1:1 data. The other icon will generate a PDF version of the currently viewed page.
