Analytics can be accessed from the admin dashboard.

Click on "Goals" to open goal analytics.

Total Goals

This chart shows a breakdown of how many goals have been created per month.

Progress to Goals

This chart shows a breakdown of goal statuses as a percentage of the total goals.

Progress %

This chart shows the completion percentage of all relevant goals.

Priority Breakdown

This chart shows a distribution of goal priorities (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, Not Set) as a percentage of the total goals.

Goal Distribution

This chart will only appear when the site or department option is selected from the main filter. It shows a breakdown of how many goals exist for each department/site.

The main filter can be used to narrow down the areas of your company you wish to view goals for.

Some filters will cause a second filter to appear in order to narrow down the results even further. Eg, department:

The checkboxes to include archived and include complted can be checked to include archived and/or completed goals in the results.

The page can be exported using the icon in the top right. This will generate a PDF version of the currently viewed page.
