In Team Feedback managers can view any feedback, praise and ideas their employees have shared. They can also see the requests that was sent or received by their team.
To view Team Feedback, click 'Team' > 'Team Feedback'.

From here you can see any 'Feedback' people have shared about you. You can see the name of the person who shared the feedback, the context of your feedback, how the person is feeling, the impact of the feedback, how they want the feedback to be dealt with and any messages they have left.

Next, you will see 'Peer Feedback' people have shared about your direct reports if this is enabled company-wide. You can see the name of the person who shared the feedback, when it was shared, and their observations and suggestions for your direct report.

Next, you'll find 'Ideas'. Much like feedback you'll find the person who shares the idea, the idea itself and how they want the idea to be handled.

Next, you'll find 'Praise'. Here you'll find the name of the person who received praise, who gave them the praise and the praise itself.

Finally, you’ll find ‘Requests’. You can use this tab to see who in your team submits and receives Feedback Requests.

To view any of the feedback, ideas or praise in full simply click the eye icon next to the relevant item.
