As a people manager you have access to your team view located under the sidebar menu 'Team > Team View'. This view is limited to your direct reports only. (i.e. The team of people that report to you as their manager).

To find all of your colleagues outside across the organisation you can look up the people directory under 'People > People Directory'. An alternative view is from the same location but under 'Org Chart'.

Another way is by searching by your colleagues first or last name in the navigation search bar. If they exist, we'll find them for you.
