The Org Chart located under the 'People' your sidebar menu is dynamically populated as your people onboard onto Frankli. The Org chart takes into account what department an employee is in and who their manager is. Based on this information supplied during the 'New Person Set-up' process, Frankli will automatically configure your Org Chart and all reporting lines for you.

Note: If one or more employees are missing from Org chart view this will be down to the fact that they have yet to complete the person onboarding process.
