If you've run into trouble using Frankli, or you've got a question you'd like answered, there are a couple of ways to go about it.

Frankli's Help Centre home page

1. Help Centre Articles

The answer to most questions about Frankli's features and functions can be found in the Help Centre, so this should be your first port of call. Simply enter a question or some relevant keywords in the search bar to get started.

You can find the training videos by selecting Help in the navy menu on the left-hand side of the page, and then selecting Help Centre. Alternatively, you can visit our help centre by clicking here.

2. Training Videos

Our training videos provide a great overview of Frankli's key features. Not only will our team show you around the platform, but they'll offer step-by-step guides to performing some of the most common actions within Frankli. You can filter the videos by feature, access level and watched or not watched.

You can find the training videos by selecting Help in the navy menu on the left-hand side of the page, and then selecting Training Videos. Alternatively, you can go straight to the training video dashboard by clicking here.

3. Contact your Frankli Admin

If your question is specific to your company's use of Frankli, your Frankli Admin should be able to help you. Your Frankli Admin is a nominated person within your company who manages the company Frankli account, often a Chief People Officer, or HR Manager.

4. Chat Function

If you can't find the answer to your question in the Help Centre or our Training Videos, you can use the Chat Function within Frankli to send your question straight to our team.

Simply select the speech bubble icon towards the bottom left of the screen and you'll be prompted to send the team a message. We usually respond within a couple of minutes.
