If you would like several people to have the same Goal, you can use the Goal distribution option to create multiple Goals at once.
Where Can I Find the Distribute Goal Option?
The Distribution option can be found in the goal creation form, just below the Owners dropdown.
There must be more than one owner selected in order to view this option.
What Happens When I Select the Distribution Option?
If the Distribution option is enabled, a separate Goal will be created for each of the owners selected.
In the above screenshot, two goals will be created, one with Aluin as the owner and another with Faye as the owner.
Who can Distribute Goals?
Managers and Admins can distribute Goals to their direct reports and/or themselves.
Goal Admins can distribute goals to anyone in the company.
