The Goal Owner is the person who is responsible for a Goal's progress.
A Goal Owner must be set in order for a new Goal to be created. There is no limit to the number of Goal Owners for a single Goal.
Only Goal Owners and Goal Admins can edit and update the progress on a Goal.
Who Can a Goal Owner Be?
Any employee can become a Goal Owner.

A Goal Owner has the ability to edit, update, archive, delete or mark a goal as complete.
