When can you export a report?
Custom survey data can be exported as soon as there are at least 3 responses to an individual survey. For a recurring survey, data can be exported if there is a previous survey in the series or there are at least 3 responses to the current survey.
Exporting as CSV file
To export the results of a survey as CSV, first select the survey in the series you want to export, then click the icon highlighted in the image below.
The CSV will contain data as shown below.
A value of 'N/A' means the user opted to skip that question.
Exporting as PDF file
To export the results of a survey as a PDF, first select the survey in the series you want to export, then click the icon highlighted in the image below.
The PDF will produce a report, similar to that shown on the poll responses page.
You can toggle between Distributed Likert Scales and Bar Scales before exporting via the Survey Responses page.
Make sure to select for "background graphics" within settings when saving the results as a PDF.
