Goal Admins have special access relating to Goals. For more information on what a Survey Admin can do, click here.
How to View Existing Goal Admins
1. Navigate to the Admin dashboard using the menu on the left-hand side.
2. Select Goals.
3. Select Manage Goal Admins.
4. Here, you can view people in the company with Goal Admin access, if there are any.
How to Add a New Goal Admin
1. Navigate to the Admin dashboard using the menu on the left-hand side.
2. Select Goals.
3. Select Manage Goal Admins.
4. Click on the blank space in the box and begin typing the name of someone within your company. A dropdown menu will appear with a list of matches.
5. Select the person you want to have Goal Admin access.
6. Select Save.
How to Remove an Existing Goal Admin
1. Navigate to the Admin dashboard using the menu on the left-hand side.
2. Select Goals.
3. Select Manage Goal Admins.
4. Select the red X next to the name of the person you no longer want to have Goal Admin access.
5. Select Save.
