One of the steps of providing unprompted feedback in Frankli allows people to select how they would like to proceed with their feedback.  As an Admin you can configure where these proceed options get sent. To configure this process click on 'Admin' in your sidebar and click 'Feedback'.

You will be taken to a list of all proceed options your people can select from. You will also see who the current recipients for each option are. To configure who receives specific proceed options click the 'Edit' icon next to the relevant option.

To change who receives the feedback type the persons name in the search bar and and click their name to select them. 

If you want to revert who receives the feedback back to the default manager simply click the 'x' beside the feedback as shown below. 

When you're done click 'Save Changes' as the bottom of the page. 

If you don't click save changes you will lose any changes you made.
