When people send Unprompted Feedback, they are given the a number of different options for how they would like to proceed. Admins can choose specific recipients for each type of feedback based on this.

How to View who is Currently Receiving Unprompted Feedback

1. Navigate to the Admin dashboard using the menu on the left-hand side.

2. Select Feedback.

3. Select Manage Unprompted Feedback.

4. Here, you will see a list of the options for proceeding with unprompted feedback. You can also see the people within the organisation who are the current recipients of each type of feedback. In some cases, the feedback type is set to be the sender's manager. Hovering over the icons will provide you with more information.

How to Change the Recipient of Unprompted Feedback

1. Navigate to the Admin dashboard using the menu on the left-hand side.

2. Select Feedback.

3. Select Manage Unprompted Feedback.

4. Select the edit icon on the left-hand side of the feedback type you'd like to change.

5. Begin typing the name of your chosen recipient and their name and avatar should appear

6. Select the Check icon to save your changes.

How to Restore the Default Recipient of Unprompted Feedback

1. Navigate to the Admin dashboard using the menu on the left-hand side.

2. Select Feedback.

3. Select Manage Unprompted Feedback.

4. Select the Clear Set Recipient icon on the left-hand side of the feedback type you'd like to change.
