As a people manager in Frankli, you can create a personal goal for a member of your team. The steps to do so are similar to creating your own personal goal. The only difference is that you remove yourself as the goal owner.

When you do, you will be prompted to add in at least one goal owner. 

Search for the member of staff you want to create the goal for and click 'Create Goal'. 

What happens next?
The person you created the goal for will get notified directly in Frankli that you have created a personal goal for them. They now have full control of updating the goal progress.
