If you cannot see your review, it usually means your manager has not submitted it yet.
Why can’t I see my manager review?
In most cases, if you cannot see your manager review, it is because your manager has not submitted it yet.
Other possible reasons include:
The review cycle is still in progress
You do not have permission to view the review (less common)
You will receive a notification from Frankli once your review has been shared.
Has my manager completed my review?
If your manager has completed your review, it will appear here:

If it is not visible, it means your manager has not submitted it yet.
When will my manager review be available?
Your manager review becomes available once:
Your manager submits their feedback
The review cycle is complete
If you cannot see your review yet, it is most likely still in progress.

Why is my review incomplete?
