Updated today

We’ve rolled out a series of updates focused on making performance management smoother, more flexible, and more reliable for your team.

✨ More control for Admins

  • You can now add invited (not-yet-signed-up) users to review cycles, so onboarding doesn’t slow you down

  • Ability to mark an individual’s review as complete, without waiting for the entire cycle

  • Option to disable the “Set up a 1:1” pop-up after submitting a review

  • Managers now have greater control over who can apply for Role Applications, allowing more structured and intentional access. Admins can toggle on "Manager approval of role applications" if desired as part of internal process.

  • Fixed issues where manager reviews weren’t accessible in Team Reviews

  • Added missing status column in review cycle exports

  • Improved visibility and access across Team Reviews and cycle data

📄 Improved exports & reporting

  • Review cycle PDFs are now consistent across the platform and include:

    • Employee name

    • Company name

    • Full Performance Review information for each step & all questions & responses

  • Improved date filtering and exports for role applications

💬 Enhanced experience for hiring & feedback

  • Career admins can now create longer question templates (no more 255 character limit)

  • Smoother experience when adding users to cycles mid-process
