In this release, we’ve focused on streamlining navigation, reducing friction in key workflows, and delivering new features based directly on customer feedback.
Here's a summary of what's been improved or added:
1. Navigation & Workflow Enhancements
🔔 Smarter Notifications Experience
The bell icon now opens directly on the tab with active notifications, reducing unnecessary clicks.
You can now view full content in notifications without truncation, so you never miss important details.
Text in Team View has been restructured with visual lines, improving readability.
📁 Easier Application and Review Management
Admins can now archive role applications directly from the interface, no more manual workarounds or contacting support.
Applications and reviews can be opened in new tabs, so you never lose your place when working across multiple areas.
👤 Streamlined People Interactions
Clicking over a person’s profile picture now lets you open their directory page in a new tab, making it easier to access context.
In Team Reviews, it's now clearer that items are clickable, and the review list displays by default, fewer clicks, more clarity.
2. Performance & Goals Improvements
🎯 Goal Templates – Smarter and Faster Setup
As an admin you can now define start and goal values for key results within templates.
Goal due dates now default to the end of the fiscal year
When using a goal template, key result values are pre-filled, speeding up setup.
Note: we also have some planned upcoming changes for goals to allow for Goals & Key Result Weighting as part of our next sprint.
🆙 Review Cycle Upgrades
Questions added to a question bank for one step are now automatically available across all steps making it easier for admins to create review cycles.
Admins can customise and send messages to users at each review stage without needing to export data.
Peer review summaries can now be edited post-submission and the character limit has been increased for more detailed feedback.
Actions like scheduling 1:1s or sharing reviews are now available in both Team Reviews and My Reviews, providing consistency across views.
You can now unarchive 1:1s without contacting support.
3. Admin & Workflow Experience
📝 Auto-Save for Workflow Forms
Admins creating new career workflows will now benefit from auto-save, preventing data loss mid-flow.
💡 Question Templates Clarity
When creating question templates, you'll now see clearer guidance on how and where these questions will be used.

🔎 Smarter Search Bars Everywhere
We've improved search capabilities across the platform, including:
Search by participant name in 1:1s and Team 1:1s partial search also works consistently.
Overall improved performance and accuracy in all search fields

🎯 Goal & Key Result Weighting
We’re enhancing how goals and key results are managed, with features including:
The ability to assign weightings to goals and KRs for more accurate progress tracking.
Support for repeating tasks and key results, ideal for recurring targets.
Improvements to the Goals report, with added created and due dates for better data analysis.
Enhanced filtering and navigation for upcoming goals, individual views, and newsfeed updates.
💬 Feedback Overhaul
We’re undertaking a full redesign of the Feedback tool focused on:
A new UI for Feedback History, breaking away from the current layout.
Clearer, more robust anonymous feedback flows, so users feel confident and secure.
Introduction of Feedback Analytics, including insights across all feedback types (praise, ideas, unprompted feedback, etc.).
New filtering options in the newsfeed and dashboards.
The ability for Admins to customize terminology (e.g., renaming “Praise”).
Faster access to feedback via Team View or Team Feedback sections.
These upgrades will provide more meaningful insights, smoother navigation, and a better overall experience for all users, from individual contributors to HR and Admin teams.
