βœ… New: Weighted Goals & Key Results

Now you can assign different levels of importance to your goals and key results!

  • Apply weights to both goals and key results to reflect their relative impact.
    ​

  • Automatic progress calculation: No need to manually estimate contributions - we’ll do the math for you.
    ​

  • Admins can toggle weighting on or off at a company level.
    ​

  • Users can apply weights to existing goals, no need to recreate them.
    ​

This optional feature is ideal for more advanced goal-setting frameworks like OKRs where not all outcomes carry equal weight.

✨ Feedback Just Got a Major Upgrade

We’ve made several key improvements to the feedback experience based on user input:

  • πŸ“‹ Improved design: Feedback history is now easier to scan, read, and navigate.

  • πŸ›‘οΈ Better anonymous feedback flow: Updates to build trust and clarity around anonymity.
    ​

  • πŸ–₯️ Dashboard widget: Users can now see their feedback right on their dashboard. Admins can toggle this on or off at a company level via the features page.

  • πŸ‘€ Manager access: Managers can now view all of their team’s feedback directly from Team View.
    ​

  • πŸ“Š New analytics dashboard (Beta): Track trends, volume, and engagement across feedback activity, available now in beta as we gather further input.

  • πŸŽ‰ Flexible praise terminology: Admins can choose the term used for praise across the app, making it easier to align with company culture.

These changes are designed to make feedback more accessible, actionable, and insightful, with more refinements to come.

🧩 Custom User Field for Profiles

Admins can now add a custom field to user profiles via company view & edit profile.

  • Great for adding extra context (e.g. office location, division, or employee ID).

  • Can be used across reporting and team views.
    ​

  • Managed centrally by Admins.
