In the Manager Review step in a Review Cycle, the manager of each participant will be asked to answer a series of questions about the participant's performance during the review period.
If an assessment question has been selected while setting up the cycle, it will be included during this step.
The manager can choose to share this response with the participant once completed.
Note: If calibration has been enabled for the Review Cycle, then a Frankli Admin will need to unlock the response before it can be shared. |
