Learn how to add the Frankli Teams app to your personal app library in Teams

Updated over a week ago

Before you begin...

The Microsoft Teams integration requires your company to have Microsoft SSO enabled in Frankli. If you are unsure if this is the case, please contact one of your Frankli Admins.

Installing the Frankli Teams App

Start by opening Teams and heading to the app store by selecting "Apps".

Using the search bar in the top-left of the app store page, search for "Frankli". You should see the Frankli Teams app show up in the search results.

Select the Frankli app and you will be presented with a popup outlining the app's details. Click the "Add" button to install Frankli to your personal app list.

Note: Depending on the permissions set by your Teams Admin, they may need to approve the app from their admin dashboard in order for you to be able to install the Frankli Teams app. You will know if this is the case if Teams tells you that you do not have permission to install the app.

Logging in and Connecting your Frankli Account

Once the Frankli Teams app has been added, you will be welcomed by the bot and prompted to login. As per the prompt, you simply need to click the "Login" button or type the "login" command to get started.

Once you successfully logged in, you will be asked whether or not you would like to receive Frankli notifications in Teams. Select either "Yes" or "No" (don't worry, you can change this later) and then you're all set! πŸš€
