To schedule a 1:1 with a coachee in an active coaching session, first head to “Connect” from the sidebar, then selecting “Coaching” and then “Coach” from the menu to view the coach dashboard.

Once you’ve found the coachee you wish to have a 1:1 with, click the “calendar” icon under “actions” for that coaching session.

This will take you to the 1:1 creation screen with your company’s talking point template for coaching selected.
