To schedule a 1:1 with a mentee in an active mentoring session, first head to “Connect” from the sidebar, then selecting “Mentoring” and then “Mentor” from the menu to view the mentor dashboard.

Once you’ve found the mentee you wish to have a 1:1 with, click the “calendar” icon under “actions” for that mentoring session.

This will take you to the 1:1 creation screen with your company’s talking point template for mentoring selected.
