Review Cycles in Frankli consist of a number of steps. You're finished your Review Cycle when you've completed all tasks relating to the active Review Cycle. These should be detailed in the email you received inviting you to the Review Cycle. Any tasks that are due within the next 30 days will also be shown in the Deadlines space on your Dashboard.

If you're still not sure whether you've completed all the necessary steps in your Review Cycle, it's a good idea to check in with your manager.
