Overview

Review Cycles in Frankli take place across a series of steps which have a defined start and end date.

As a manager of people, you will have full visibility of where your people are at in the overall process.

You can also view any of their submitted responses from the Team Reviews page.

What to expect

As a manager of people, you may have to give some additional input depending on which steps have been selected for a Review cycle.

Below, we will go through each step and explain what is required from managers for each.

Self reflection

This step requires no additional input from the manager.

Peer reviews

As a manager, you will have to approve or decline each peer review invitation sent by your direct reports.

If one of your direct reports has sent an invite, you will be notified.

You can approve your team's invites from both the My Reviews page and the Team Reviews page.

Each of your reports can invite up to 5 of their peers but can send additional invites if any get declined.

Depending on how your admin has configured the cycle, you may have the option to share the responses or to write a summary to be shared with your direct report.

Both of these options are available from the Team Reviews page.

Manager reviews

This step requires you to answer a series of questions for each of your direct reports.

These questions are chosen by your admin when setting up the cycle.

Note: If calibration is enabled for the cycle, you will not be able to share your response until it has been unlocked by your admin.

Once submitted, you can choose to share your response with them.

Upward Reviews

Depending on how your admin has configured the cycle, you may have the option to share the responses or to write a summary to be shared with your direct report.

Both of these options are available from the Team Reviews page.
