You can create a rich link to a goal from your 1:1 notes and your review cycle answers.

To start, click the target icon in the toolbar of the editor:

This will open a window showing a list of all your goals.

You can search and filter to find the ones you want.

You can select multiple goals to add at a time.

Click anywhere on a goal to select it.

The checkbox on the right side of each goal indicates if it's been selected or not.

Once you've picked some goals to add, click the 'Add Selected' button:

The goal should be added to the editor as shown:
