You can enhance your Frankli profile by including some of your Personal and Professional Interests.

Personal Interests are activities that you enjoy doing outside of work, for example, cooking, reading, gardening or playing football.

Professional Interests are work-related subjects or activities that you're interested in, but don’t have a lot of experience with or knowledge of. For example, you may be interested in leadership although not currently in a leadership role.

How do I Add a Personal or Professional Interest to my Profile?

1. Select the drop-down menu at the top right of the screen, beside your profile picture.

2. Select Settings

3. Select the Interests tab.

4. Your selected skills will be shown in the box marked Selected. From here, you simply select an Interest from the library to add it to your profile, or select an Interest from the selected box to remove it.

How to Suggest a New Interest

If you want to add an Interest that's not already in the library, you can do this through the Suggest Interest feature.

1. Select the drop-down menu at the top right of the screen, beside your profile picture.

2. Select Settings

3. Select the Interests tab.

4. Select Suggest an Interest.

Note: If you're a Frankli Admin, approval isn't required so this button will read Create an Interest, and the Interest will be created right away.

5. A form will appear prompting you to enter the Interest Name, Type and Category. Once you've completed the form, select Create.

6. Your Interest will be sent to a Frankli Admin for approval. You'll receive a notification once it's been approved, at which point you can return to your profile and add the Interest.
