Peer Reviews allow you to get feedback on your performance from your colleagues. Here's how.
How to Invite Colleagues to Complete a Peer Review About you
1. Select My Reviews in the sidebar.
2. Select Peer Reviews to expand the dropdown.
3. If you're participating in a review cycle with the peer review step, you'll see the option to send invites here.
4. Enter the names of up to 5 people you wish to complete a Peer Review about you.
When you're finished, select Invite Selected.
5. Invitees have the option to decline to participate, if they don't feel they have any valuable feedback to contribute. If any of your invitations are declined, you'll be able to send more.
