Why Can't I Add my Colleague to a Review Cycle?
If you're unable to add a colleague to a Review Cycle, it's probably because they're already in an active or scheduled Review Cycle. An employee can only be a part of one Review Cycle at a time.
To make them available to add to your Review Cycle, you'l need to remove them from their existing Review Cycle, or have your Admin do this for you.
Note: Removing someone from an existing, active Review Cycle will delete any responses they have submitted.
