In June 2022, some useful enhancements were made to Frankli, including the addition of Upward Reviews.

Upward Reviews allow people at all levels of the organisation to gain feedback on their performance from their direct reports, as well as their managers and peers, as part of a comprehensive 360° Review Cycle.
