When filling in a Self-Reflection, Manager Review, or Career Application in Frankli we encourage you to use our built-in text editor.

We've designed it to be user-friendly and Frankli will automatically save your answers as you go so that you will not accidentally lose any of your work.

Sometimes it might be the case that you need to paste your answers from an external document and because there are so many different programs and versions of these programs that exist, there might be a some data added that we've failed to fully filter out.

In rare cases, this could cause issues with your answers saving so we've listed some things you can do to try and fix the issue:

  • Make sure your answers do not exceed the character limit.

  • If your answer should be below the character limit but is not being accepted, you may have to remove the formatting of the text:

    1. Clear the Frankli text-box completely.

    2. Select the desired range of text from your external document.

    3. In Frankli , place the cursor where you want the text to appear.

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + V (Cmd + Shift + V on Mac).

If your answers are still failing to save, please contact us through the support icon in the bottom right and we can help out.
