When filling in a Self-Reflection or a Manager Review in Frankli we encourage you to use our built-in text editor.

We've designed it to be user-friendly and Frankli will automatically save your answers as you go so that you will not accidentally lose any of your work.

Sometimes it might be the case that you need to paste your answers from an external document and because there are so many different programs and versions of these programs that exist, there might be a some data added that we've failed to fully filter out.

In rare cases, this could cause issues with your answers saving so we've listed some things you can do to try and fix the issue:

  • Make sure your answers do not exceed the character limit.

  • If your answers are within the limit and they still do not save, make sure that you clear excessive formatting from your document text before pasting. In Word, you can do that with the 'Clear formatting option' available by expanding the styles menu.
