Almost all emails sent by Frankli (excluding time crucial items like calendar updates or password reset requests) will only be sent during "Business Hours". i.e. 9AM to 6PM Monday to Friday in your timezone.
Emails after 6:00PM and before 09:00AM will be received at 09:00AM provided it isn't Saturday or Sunday, in which case, the email will be received at 09:00AM on Monday morning.
You can set your timezone from "Edit Profile" under "Location Details". If you have not already done so then your timezone will be defaulted to UTC.
