To view results to your published survey navigate to 'Surveys' in your sidebar. From here click 'View' as highlighted below.
From here you'll see the following view
In order to view responses to a survey it must have received at least three responses.
You can tell if you are able to view responses to a survey by looking at the eye symbol next to the relevant survey. If there is a line through the eye you can't view it as there is no enough responses. If there's just an eye you can view it.
To View Responses:
Click the eye next to the relevant survey as shown below.
You'll then be able to see the following view:
Here you can see the response rate, number of responses and the answers to all of the surveys questions. You can scroll through the questions by pressing the button highlighted below.
All responses to surveys are given anonymously. You will not be able to see who answered what.
If you'd like to see all responses to a particular survey by individual participants click on "Participants" as shown below.
From here respondents will be anonymously identified by number. To see an individuals full set of answers click "View Responses" as highlighted below.
You'll then see the following view:
You'll be able to see all of the questions, type and answers given by the anonymous person.
If you'd like to see the location of those who took part in the survey click "Locations" as highlighted below.
You'll then be able to see this view:
Here you can see office location, total number of people in the location who have answered and percentage answered in the location.
