1. Navigation bar search

The easiest way to search for people directly in Frankli is to search on all or part of their name in the search dialog available within the navigation bar located across the top of every screen.

Entering a sequence of characters into search and pressing enter will return a list of people with matches found in either their first or last name.

You can also get a view of people in your organisation from the sidebar menu item entitled 'People'. Here Frankli offers two features centred around the people view in your organisation

2. People Directory

The people directory offers you a full listing of all people within your organisation as well as the ability to filter by teams, departments and office locations. You also have the option to search by a colleagues name.

From the directory, you can navigate to any of your colleagues public profile in Frankli by clicking on their name or profile photo.

Note:
If you are an Administrator, you can also export all people related data directly from the 'People Directory' in .CSV format by clicking the download icon next to the header 'People'.

2. Org Chart

The second view from the sidebar menu item entitled 'People' is that of your org chart. The org chart will give you a dynamic visual of where people sit in your organisation, their role, number of direct reports and their reporting line in terms of manager. You can use the zoom in and out navigation buttons to see larger charts while also having the ability to reset the original view.

Again from  directly within the Org chart, you can navigate to any of your colleagues public profile in Frankli by clicking on their name or profile photo.
